  • Owner

    Veralynn Parker is a project management and ERP systems consultant in Santa Barbara, California. She is experienced in project management, technical consulting, and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in ERP systems implementation and optimization for both public and private sector clients.

    She was most recently contracted to assist the County of Santa Barbara with the stabilization phase of Workday's Financial Management module and ServiceNow post-implementation, combining project management strategy with hands-on technical expertise.

    Before founding Halcyon Consulting, she was contracted as a senior project management consultant with ND Consulting to support organizations with Yardi Affordable, PHA, and Residential implementations and post go-live support.

    Previously, she worked as a Technical Account Manager on the Affordable housing implementations team at Yardi in Santa Barbara. She also brings project management, compliance, and leadership experience from roles at Cottage Health, UCLA Health, and UC Santa Barbara.
