  • Owner

    Veralynn Parker is a project management and operations consultant in Santa Barbara, California. She is experienced in operations and project management, technical consulting, and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in software implementation and affordable housing programs.

    Before founding Halcyon Consulting, she was most recently contracted as a senior project management consultant with ND Consulting to support organizations with Yardi Affordable, PHA, and Residential implementations and post go-live support.

    Previously, she worked as a Technical Account Manager on the Affordable housing implementations team at Yardi in Santa Barbara. She also brings project management, compliance, and leadership experience from contracted roles at Cottage Health, UCLA Health, UC Santa Barbara, and the County of Santa Barbara.
